- NOTICE CONCERNING TRANSFERABILITY OF CREDITS AND CREDENTIALS EARNED AT OUR INSTITUTION: The transferability of credits you earn at Hi-Power Academy is at the complete discretion of an institution to which you may seek to transfer. Acceptance of the certificate you earn in the Certified Nursing Assistant program is also at the complete discretion of the institution to which you may seek to transfer.

15. International Students
- Hi-Power Academy provides limited visa services and does not vouch for student status. All courses are conducted in English, and a minimum TOEFL score of 70 is required for non-native speakers.
16. Program Descriptions
- Certified Nursing Assistant Program: 160 hours of coursework including lectures, labs, and clinical practice.
- Completion Requirements: Successful completion of all courses, passing of final exams, and completion of clinical hours.
17. Licensure Requirements
- Graduates are eligible to sit for the state certification exam for Nursing Assistants.
18. Accreditation Status
Hi-Power Academy is pending approval for accreditation by the California department of Health (CDPH). The Certified Nursing Academy program is recognized for its compliance with educational standards. If the institution or any of its programs is unaccredited, limitations include the following:
- Graduates may not be eligible to sit for licensure exams in certain states.
- A degree from an unaccredited institution may not be recognized for some employment positions.
- Students enrolled in unaccredited institutions are not eligible for federal financial aid programs.

20. Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF)
· Students who pay their tuition are required to pay a state-imposed assessment for the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF). The STRF exists to relieve or mitigate economic loss suffered by a student in an educational program at a qualifying institution due to closure, failure to pay refunds, or other educational disruptions. For detailed information on filing a claim, refer to 5, CCR §76215.
21. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy

Students are entitled to cancel the enrollment agreement and receive a full refund of charges if the cancellation occurs at least five business days prior to the first-class session, and 70% of the total fees paid if student cancels within five days of the class commencement. Cancellation or withdrawal procedures require that a written notice be submitted to support@hi-poweracademy.com email within the initial five days of the class. No refunds will be issued without a written email notice. No refund will be issued after the fifth day of class.
· If the school is cancelling the program for not meeting the minimum number of 15 students, all fees paid will be refunded to the student within 30-45 days. Students will not be required to request for the refund.
· Students exited Administratively from the program will receive NO refund.
· Method of refund: The refund process will begin after students sends an email to Support@hi-poweracademy.com. The business office will write and mail a check to the student’s address on file.
· The business department will verify payment and transaction was completed before processing a refund.

22. Faculty Qualifications
- Faculty members hold relevant qualifications and have extensive experience in the healthcare field.
23. Financial Aid Information
- Hi-Power Academy does not currently participate in federal and state financial aid programs.
24. Loan Information
- If a student obtains a loan to pay for an educational program, the student will have to repay the full amount of the loan plus interest, less the amount of any refund.
25. Financial Aid Policies
- Hi-Power Academy does not offer financial aid.
26. Standards for Student Achievement
- Students must maintain a minimum grade point average of 80% to remain in good academic standing.
27. Attendance Policies
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and clinical sessions. Attendance is recorded and monitored.
28. Probation and Dismissal Policies
- Students failing to maintain satisfactory academic progress may be placed on probation. Continued failure to meet academic standards may result in dismissal from the program.

- Students may request a leave of absence for valid reasons. The request must be submitted in writing and approved by the administration.
